Your data is yours

Following the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos Personales (from now on "LOPD"), all of your personal data submitted to, sub-domains and corporate profiles in the social networks (from now on "Startup Grind Barcelona") will be processed and incorporated to our registration database, property of MarsBased SL (also mentioned, currently being registered in the Registro General de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, whose ultimate aim is the fiscal, economic and administrative management of the contractual relationship and the diffusion of commercial information of our products & services.

We inform you, that you are entitled to access, correct, cancel and oppose to our registry data as established by the aforementioned Law through e-mail at alex AT (subject "[LOPD] Personal data privacy.")

Security measures

Your personal data will be treated by MarsBased SL under the most strict confidentiality, applying the corresponding security measures, both technical and organizational, as established by the Real Decreto 1720/2007, del 21 de Diciembre, approved by the Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, del 13 de Diciembre, that concerns the treatment of personal data.

People under 14 years of age should not give out their personal data to MarsBased SL without the previous consent of their parents or legal tutors. Please, if you're under 14, ask your parents or legal tutors to contact MarsBased SL and we will do our best to help you out! :)
